Feb 15, 2013 Happy Friday! Did everyone have a nice Valentine's Day? Grant made a wonderful comfort food dinner for my mom and I, it was just what we wanted. And I made some chocolate Molten Lava Cake for dessert - gotta have the chocolate on Valentine's, right? So what's up on the Food Tour this week...
I enjoyed this comprehensive review of the Des Moines food scene for 2012 from Relish. I tend to not pay enough attention to all of the changes, but there were several.
There was a very scrumptious looking breaded tenderloin in Des Loines' latest review on Rustix in Humboldt. We actually stopped in this place on a Sunday awhile ago, but only brunch was available. Now I know what I'll try when we stop again. Great photos and review.
