Happy Holiday Weekend! The weather looks to be about perfect for the long Labor Day weekend, so get out and have some fun. Let's take off on this weeks' Friday Food Tour.

If you're planning on hitting the road this weekend and happen to be traveling on I-80, you're in luck! Travel Iowa lets us know all about the I-80 Wine Trail in this post. Seven great Iowa wineries are just a short drive off the interstate! More information is available here.

Roadfood.com recently featured our favorite place in Des Moines for steak - Jesse's Embers. This Des Moines institution has been serving prime beef over an open flame since 1963. Mmmm... don't forget to have the onion rings.
